  • 4 tbsp Organic Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger, ground

Agni-boosting, micro-biome enhancing spicy Lassi - the ideal post-meal digestive for a happy tummy.

Cooking Instructions

  • Add all of the all ingredients into blender

  • Blend for 1-2 minutes

  • Pour into a glass and serve

Feel free to add cumin in autumn to winter and coriander into spring to summer!
